Entrepreneurs and business owners, take note: Tony Hseih, CEO of Zappos, an online shoe and clothing store, says that the key to success is focusing on your company's culture by investing in staff and customers. And Tony practices what he preaches: Zappos offers new hires a $2,000 bonus to quit so they can weed out people who are just there for a paycheck, its not uncommon for customers to receive random, surprise overnight shipping upgrades, and there is a strong emphasis on work-life integration. This culture of happiness explains why 80% of Zappos customers return. Learn how you can incorporate this philosophy into your own budding business by checking out Delivering Happiness: A Path of Profits, Passion, and Purpose.
