Shop, Sip, and Socialize with Women's BizNet

The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce's Women's BizNet is hosting Shop, Sip, and Socialize this Thursday, April 30th at Ice House Mall. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit the Lauren Brown Memorial Scholarship, which provides funds to high school students who are pursuing higher education. Register here.

Marketplace posted an article about the a new trend: businesses who are using podcasts to leverage their brand! Examples of successful companies who are using podcasts are Levi Strauss and Clif Bar who share valuable information and tips related to their products. Read the entire article here. BizEd Expo at Barrington High School

Meet 100 businesses and community organizations, including librarians from the Barrington Area Library. Food & refreshments, entertainment, and S.T.E.M. activities will be available.
