Barrington Community Unit School District 220: Serves Barrington, Lake Barrington, South Barrington, Tower Lakes and portions of Barrington Hills, Carpentersville, Deer Park, Fox River Grove, Hoffman Estates, Inverness, North Barrington, and Port Barrington.

Creative Learning Montessori: An elementary school for children ages 6-12.

Saint Anne Catholic Early Childhood & Elementary School: Serves the Catholic community of the Barrington area.

Holy Family Catholic Academy: Serves the Catholic community of the Barrington area.

Community Unit School District 300: Includes Algonquin, Carpentersville, East Dundee, Gilberts, Hampshire, Lake in the Hills, Pingree Grove, Sleepy Hollow, and West Dundee, along with portions of Barrington Hills, Cary, Elgin, Fox River Grove, and Hoffman Estates.

Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95: Covers Lake Zurich and portions of Deer Park, North Barrington, Kildeer, Hawthorn Woods, and the unincorporated areas of Forest Lake and Echo Lake.
