'SO MANY CONTRIBUTIONS' Mrs. Ruth Moor was named first recipient of the Barrington Area Development Council (BADC) Community Services Award by Sam Heron on May 14. Heron was chairman of the awards committee and in making the presentation called attention to Mrs. Moor's efforts on behalf of the blood drive and mobile intensive care programs. (Staff photo)
