Robert Arthur Catlow was born November 8, 1908 in Barrington to Arthur and Mary Schmitt Catlow.
Catlow served in the U.S. Army during World War II from November 6, 1942 until his honorable discharge as a Technician Fifth Grade on October 20, 1945.
He was married briefly, twice, with no children.
Catlow worked as a moving picture operator at The Catlow Theater before the war. After the war, he worked as a farmhand in Cuba Township and McHenry County until he was no longer able to work.
TEC5 Robert Catlow died April 19, 1994 in McHenry County, and is buried in Barrington’s Evergreen Cemetery.
