Donald Duncan Price was born on August 2, 1939 in Kenton, Ohio to Charles R. and Norma Duncan Price.
After graduating from college, Price enlisted as an Ensign in the U.S. Navy on May 31, 1961 and served for 10 years, attaining the rank of Lieutenant.
After his honorable discharge, Price worked at Kemper Insurance for 20 years as an International Underwriting Manager.
He was married to Margaret Grant.
His community involvement centered on his church and Cub Scouts.
LT Donald Price died April 9, 1990 at his Barrington home, and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
