Walter E. Siekerman, was born April 16, 1930 in Chicago, to Walter and Bernice Corsiglia Siekerman.
Siekerman served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, from August 15, 1951 to July 4, 1953. He was honorably discharged as a Corporal.
He married Marjorie Zaremba Newman on August 15, 1953; they had 3 children. He married his second wife, Katherine Becker Warman in 1995.
Corporal Walter Siekerman passed away peacefully January 14, 2015 in Barrington, surrounded by his family. He is buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
