PFC Daniel R. Capulli

Daniel Romeo Capulli was born August 7, 1914, in Chicago, to Romeo and Della (Capparelli) Capulli.

He grew up in Barrington, and served in the U.S. Army during WWII from October, 1943 to January, 1946.

PFC Capulli married Jane Patterson Wright on March 12, 1959 in Waukegan, Illinois.

He worked professionally as a building contractor in the family business his father founded, and was active in campaigning for the preservation of the Barrington area as a semi-rural community with a small-town atmosphere.

PFC Daniel Capulli died August 1, 1995, and rests with his parents and wife – also a Veteran – in Evergreen Cemetery.
