Charles Elwayne "Chuck" Latimer was born Feb. 18, 1963 in Chicago, to Charles and Donnita Latimer.

Latimer was a U.S. Army veteran of the Persian Gulf War.

He married Michele A. Johnson in 1995, and together they had one son. He is remembered for being a devoted, loving husband and father and an ever-cheerful friend.

Army Specialist Charles Latimer passed away in Arlington Heights on December 27, 2005, and rests at Evergreen Cemetery in Barrington.
