Information for use of the Library of Things collection:
- Must be checked out with a BALibrary card.
- Some items may require a signed waiver.
- Items that require a signed waiver must be checked out with an adult BALibrary card.
- Waivers will be valid for 1 year from the date signed.

If you are an adult over the age of 18, please use the form linked above.
Library of Things waiver (Ages 14 - 17).
If you have an adult card, but are not 18, your parent or legal guardian needs to fill out this form.
