Come over and try out this versatile space for young people. The game room can be used as a collaborative study space, or as a place to relax and play Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One or board games. A selection of video games is provided (see below). Games from the collection will not be installed on the consoles. 

Youth Services Game Room Policy

• Reservations may be made one week in advance by Barrington Area Library cardholders for use by children grades 8 & younger.

• The room may be reserved for a maximum of two hours. Use may be extended if the room is not reserved.

• Reservations will be held for 10 minutes, after which the entire period reserved will be forfeited.

• Non-Barrington Area Library cardholders grades 8 & younger may use the game room on a walk-in basis for one hour. Use may be extended if room is not reserved.

• Games rated up to 'E+10' may be played in the Youth Services Game Room.
