The Barrington Area Library has created this list to help local residents get the assistance they need, or provide help to others, during these challenging times.

Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital offers the following resources:

• Their new online COVID-19 Symptom Checker is the best way for patients to find the care they need. By answering a few simple questions, people can quickly learn what they need to do next – from seeing a provider with a video visit, 24/7 – to contacting their doctor.
• The COVID-19 hotline at 1-866-4-HEALTH (866-443-2584) is staffed by clinicians who can answer questions about symptoms and determine the next steps in care, such as a virtual visit or a test from a temporary testing site.
• The most accurate and up-to-date information can be found on the online COVID-19 resource center.
• The Virtual Health platform, LiveWell app,  offers virtual appointments with physicians 24-hours a day. Those who have or suspect they may have COVID-19 symptoms can schedule a virtual visit.

• Please see message below regarding donations to Advocate Good Shepherd.
