The apocalypse is…a game show? When the end of the world arrives, Coast Guard veteran Carl is outside in the snow in his heart-patterned boxers and a leather jacket chasing his ex-girlfriend’s show cat Princess Donut after an escape attempt. The next thing he knows, the two of them are competing side by side with millions of other contestants in an eighteen-level dungeon crawler intergalactic reality tv show gathering fans and patrons along the way. There’s nothing standing in their way but murderous llamas, gnomes, bosses, and other beasties. What could go wrong?
Originally a self published series, DCC has now been traditionally published and has sold millions of copies. There’s even a show in the works for Peacock. Come for the wacky premise, stay for Princess Donut!
